“I have some pretty horrific migraines. I literally could not live without this! I ordered extra sets of the cool packs that go inside so I always have a pair to change out when it’s bad and I need the cold for hours. The packs are like a hard-ish slush right out of the freezer, but really easy to kind of squish and make pliable. It’s really easy and not a pain at all. I get about 30 mins of super cold, another 30 of cold, then time to start thinking about switching out packs. The wrap is adjustable and once I fit mine to my head I cut off the extra Velcro so it wasn’t flopping around and leave it. It’s easy to slide on and off without undoing the straps. I wear mine so the adjusters are at the side of my head around my ears that way I get great coverage across my forehead to my temples in the front and all the way around the back. I can slide it down to the base of my skull, which many times is needed, and still keep it where I want in the front. Honestly, this was the best find for me for relief from migraine pain. Do yourself a favor, if you have them, buy one. Get a couple extra refills as well. “I purchased this wrap in search of something that will ease the horrible sinus pressure I get during the year from allergies. I finally had a chance to put this awesome product to good use!
My sinuses were in so much pain and nothing seemed to work. Then I remembered I had stuck this in my freezer.
I pulled it out, wrapped the product over my eyebrows and waited.
Within 5 minutes I heard that wonder sound inside my head…the same squeaking sound that a balloon makes when you’re letting the air out of it. (You know what I’m talking about if you’ve ever had sinus pressure).
It was instant relief!!! I’ve used it several times this week and it has eliminated all of the meds I took to try to make this pain go away.
The best thing about this wrap is it is easily adjustable, the sleeves that hold the hot/cold back are silky smooth and feel nice against the skin, the pack stayed cold longer and best of all it does not slip because of the adjustable strap that fits it perfectly to my face!!! I didn’t have to adjust it and keep adjusting it as I have always had to do with cheaper similar products. Last Friday I had a tooth abscess! I was in terrible pain. The doctor gave me Percocet for the pain but it made me sick to my stomach. I went to the freezer and grabbed the wisdom wrap.
This time I put it around the top of my head so the base would wrap around under my chin and the ice pack sat right on my cheek where surgery had been done.
The relief was incredible. Again, I did not have it keep adjusting it which prevented me from constantly touching the painful spot in my jaw. I did not take anymore pain pills after that. I alternated freezing each pack so it never ran out of that comforting cold feeling on my jaw.
This wrap beats the wrap around eye pack I had for my sinuses, the stretchy neoprene sleeve with a Velcro attachment that constantly slips apart and takes forever to feel the coolness from the ice pack or even the old ice bag where you have to keep you head tilted and the water runs down your face.
Wisdom Wrap has won me over and the cost is 100% worth it to me. I was also able to get support with my questions to the developer, who immediately answered my questions.
Try it. You will not be disappointed. Don’t buy the cheap imitations. This is the real deal and has won me over.
I have very few headaches but the double pouch feature will come in handy to wrap the cold relief 360 degrees around my head.

“I purchased Wisdom Wrap for my son who got his wisdom teeth removed last month. He had to ice for 30 minutes then rest for 30 minutes for the first 24 hours. Wisdom Wrap was a life saver.
With the constant non-stop icing he needed, it’s important to have a well designed ice wrap which Wisdom Wrap is. After icing for 12 hours, I was burnt out but had to keep going through the middle of the night until the next day so I really appreciated how easy Wisdom Wrap made things and it is worth every penny. It’s easy to use, comfortable to wear and stays in place.
A lot of thought went into its design and there are a lot of things I like about it.
The fabric is nice. It is soft making it comfortable to wear. It provided enough protection to the skin so that the ice didn’t make you feel like you were getting frost bite and it wasn’t too thick where you can’t feel the ice. It has a little stretch to it making it easy to put on and take off. The stretch also allows you to make it snug. Since my son’s cheeks were sore, he didn’t want it too tight so I can’t comment on how tight it can be because we never tried to do that or it would have hurt.
There is a velcro along the chin area which I really liked because you could use that to tighten the wrap after you put it on to get it perfectly snug without having to touch the main straps along the top of the head which would have been a pain to adjust. And when it’s time to remove the wrap, you just use one hand to open the velcro by the chin and the wrap slips off.
I bought a total of 4 ice packs. It was nice having an extra set in the freezer because he only had 30 minutes in between icing for the ice to harden so it was nice to have an extra set. The ice lasts long and freezes fast but having a second set still helped. We never had a problem with the ice being too hard. It may be hard at first but eventually turns pliable and easy to shape. Our ice became pliable in no time and it may be because the ice had to keep going in and out of the freezer every 30 minutes so it didn’t have time to get overly hard. If having pliable ice is critical for you then CVS Drug Store sells a rectangular blue gel ice pack that perfectly fits the Wisdom Wrap and those stay pliable so get those ice packs if you want to make sure your ice stays pliable the minute you take them out of the freezer. We didn’t use the CVS ones on my son so I can’t comment on whether they stay cold enough or not.
I also like that the wrap comes with a mesh zippered bag you can use as a laundry bag to wash the wrap in to prevent the wrap from getting snagged or to prevent the wrap’s Velcro from snagging your other clothes. I used it to wash our wrap and it worked great. The wrap came out nice and clean. I now use the mesh bag to store the wrap.
In summary, Wisdom Wrap was the perfect solution for icing for my son’s wisdom removal. I think oral surgeons should stock this in their office so patients can go home with it after their oral surgery because it really is a great product that makes icing a whole lot easier and more comfortable.” H, Amazon Customer, Great product for wisdom teeth removal

“I guess being the son of a Dentist is a curse :)…No matter how hard i have worked over the years to do a good job on my teeth, i lose every-time. A few months ago i was informed that i was going to have my first implant. Joy Joy. I knew that there would be some pain involved post surgery, and i do not like pain one single bit. “The best thing about the Wisdom Wrap it that I can sit here on my lap top while my neck is getting the therapuetic benefits of cold therapy. “First and foremost, unlike other similar products, wisdom wrap is very soft to the touch and comfortable on my skin. I have very sensitive skin and anything remotely abrasive is not acceptable, this did not irritate and the design keeps the velcro at bay. I will admit that when I was in need of the wrap for my tension headache, I raced to put it on, did not read the pamphlet and then thought the fit was odd. I contacted customer service who was helpful with the instructions and gave me a link to watch a video on their website. If you find it slipping, it is probably operator error.
